Los Flamingos Golf

Our newest project is the construction of this magnificent Villa on the exclusive Los Flamingos Golf, just next to the renowned hotel Villa Padierna.

The architect, Francisco Martinez, has designed this beautiful villa that combines a modern contemporary and a Spanish colonial Style. Among other features the house will have an infinity pool, an elevator, a gymnasium and a massage room. Particular care has been given to the light distribution which has been studied by Wever & Ducre. Bulthaup has been contracted to provide the kitchen. Solar panels at the back of the garden will provide electricity and warm water. This is only a small example of the exclusive details of this dream house.
